Research Progress of Multifunctional Polymer Antibacterial Hydrogel in Wound Dressing

伤口感染是医学领域常见的问题,传统伤口敷料易导致外源性感染,而水凝胶伤口敷料展示出优异的抗菌活性、生物相容性等优点,故而备受关注。本文针对不同类型的抗菌水凝胶在抗菌机理、研究进展等方面进行了综述,并展望了其应用前景。

Wound infection is a common problem in the medical field.Traditional wound dressings are easy to lead to exogenous infection,while hydrogel wound dressings show excellent antibacterial activity,biocompatibility and other advantages,so they have attracted much attention.In this paper,the antibacterial mechanism and research progress of different types of antibacterial hydrogels were reviewed,and their application prospects were prospected.
