谷物类杀鼠剂中甘氟的GC-MS测定

Determination of Glycofluride in Cereal Rodenticides by GC-MS

建立了一种谷物类杀鼠剂中违禁化学品甘氟的气相色谱质谱(GCMS)检测法。样品用乙酸乙酯涡旋萃取后,过0.22μm滤膜,直接上机测定。本方法中甘氟Ⅰ的线性范围为1.0~5.0μg/mL,线性关系良好,方法的加样回收率为72.0%~90.5%,检出限为0.60 mg/kg,定量限为2.0 mg/kg;甘氟Ⅱ的线性范围为0.40~2.0μg/mL,线性关系良好,方法的加标回收率为74.6%~87.9%,检出限为0.20 mg/kg,定量限为0.80 mg/kg;该方法操作简便、结果准确、选择性高,适用于谷物类杀鼠剂中甘氟的定性与定量。

A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GCMS)method for the determination of the banned chemical glycofluoride in cereal rodenticides was established.After vortex extraction with ethyl acetate,the sample passes 0.22μm filter membrane,directly on the machine for determination.The linear range of glycofluorideⅠin this method is 1.0~5.0μg/mL,the linear relationship is good,the recovery rate of the method is 72.0%~90.5%,the detection limit is 0.60 mg/kg,and the quantitative limit is 2.0 mg/kg.The linear range of glycofluorideⅡis 0.40~2.0μg/mL,the linear relationship is good,the recovery rate of the method is 74.6%~87.9%,the detection limit is 0.20 mg/kg,and the quantitative limit is 0.80 mg/kg.The method is simple,accurate and selective,and is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative determination of glycofluoride in cereal rodenticides.
