常温原油储罐多修建在沿海地区,受海洋大气环境的影响储罐发生严重的腐蚀,储罐区附近的石油炼化企业排放的工业废气加剧了储罐的腐蚀。常温原油储罐罐底边缘板处易积水,腐蚀现象尤为明显。本文针对常温原油储罐罐底边缘板的腐蚀现状,分析腐蚀发生的原因,阐述腐蚀机理,提供了几种防腐措施技术,以期对原油储罐的安全运行提供一定的指导。

Most normal temperature crude oil tanks are built in coastal areas,and the tanks are seriously corroded due to the impact of the marine atmospheric environment.The industrial waste gas discharged by the oil refining enterprises near the tank farm aggravates the corrosion of the tanks.The edge plate at the bottom of normal temperature crude oil storage tank is easy to accumulate water,and the corrosion phenomenon is particularly obvious.In view of the corrosion status of the edge plate at the bottom of the crude oil storage tank at normal temperature,this paper analyzes the causes of corrosion,expounds the corrosion mechanism,and provides several anti-corrosion measures and technologies in order to provide some guidance for the safe operation of the crude oil storage tank.
