煤制油低热值合成气回收中燃气蒸汽联合循环的应用

摘要 本文对燃气蒸汽联合循环装置进行分析,结合燃气轮机实际运行期间较常出现的故障问题,如燃料喷嘴被烧蚀毁坏、烟气NOx浓度指标升高等,根据具体生产要求,提出进一步优化燃气轮机运行模式,以增强燃气轮机燃烧稳定性与实现节能降耗的目标,从根源上解决影响燃气轮机高效运行的各种问题,以期最大程度地发挥燃气蒸汽联合循环装置应用价值。 Based on the analysis of the gas-steam combined cycle unit,combined with the frequent failure problems during the actual operation of the gas turbine,such as the fuel nozzle being ablated and destroyed,and the flue gas NOx concentration index rising,according to the specific production requirements,further optimization of the gas turbine operation mode is proposed to enhance the combustion stability of the gas turbine and achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction,solve various problems affecting the efficient operation of gas turbine from the root,in order to maximize the application value of gas-steam combined cycle device.
