摘要
在对8101综采工作面回采期间煤层自燃发火影响因素分析基础上,针对性提出构建预测体系、调整采面配风及减少采空区漏风、采空区注氮、高位注浆等防灭火措施,并进行工程应用。现场应用后,8101综采工作面在回采期间,采空区内CO质量分数始终在15×10^(-6)同时未监测到自燃发火标志性气体,采面内未监测到CO;现场采用的防灭火技术可保障采面安全高效回采。
Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the spontaneous combustion of coal seams during the mining of 8101 fully mechanized mining face,the fire prevention measures such as building a prediction system,adjusting the air distribution of the mining face,reducing the air leakage in the goaf,injecting nitrogen into the goaf,and high level grouting are put forward and applied in engineering.After field application,the CO mass fraction in the goaf of 8101 fully mechanized mining face is always 15×10^(-6) during mining.At the same time,no self-ignition and ignition landmark gas is detected,and no CO is detected in the mining face.The fire prevention and extinguishing technology adopted on site can ensure safe and efficient mining of the mining face.
