摘要
针对现有矿井薄煤层工作面的开采情况,对比分析了三种薄煤层综采工作面采煤工艺技术的适用范围和优缺点。发现黑龙综采系统的集成了前两种综采工艺技术的优点,集成化强,功能高效精确,采煤效率更高。通过在某综采工作面对黑龙系统的综采设备进行选型优化,结果发现,黑龙综采系统可大力提升薄煤层综采工作面的生产能力,推动了薄煤层采煤技术进入高速化集成化发展。
In view of the mining situation of the existing thin coal seam working face in the mine,the application scope,advantages and disadvantages of the mining technology of three thin coal seam fully mechanized working faces are compared and analyzed.It is found that the Black Dragon fully mechanized mining system integrates the advantages of the first two fully mechanized mining technologies,with strong integration,high efficiency and accuracy of functions,and higher coal mining efficiency.Through the selection and optimization of the fully mechanized mining equipment of the Black Dragon System in a fully mechanized mining face,the result shows that the Black Dragon fully mechanized mining system can greatly improve the production capacity of the thin seam fully mechanized mining face,and promote the thin seam mining technology to enter the high-speed integrated development.
