煤矿厚煤层采煤工艺的分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某矿工作面为对象,系统对该综采工作面的采煤工艺进行分析研究,主要包括工作面长度、割煤高度和放煤高度、放煤步距和放煤方式等,结果表明:综采工作面长度是150 m,割煤高度是3 m,截深是0.8 m,工作日4个作业循环,某矿工作面的生产能力能够达到1.9 Mt/a;并通过对不同放煤步距和放煤方式进行对比分析,发现放煤步距是0.8 m(采一放一)、多轮顺序放煤方式,某矿综采工作面顶煤回收率最高。 Taking a mining face as an object,the mining technology of the fully mechanized mining face is systematically analyzed and studied,mainly including the length of the working face,the cutting height and the coal drawing height,the coal drawing step and the coal drawing method,etc.The results show that the length of the fully mechanized mining face is 150 m,the cutting height is 3 m,the cutting depth is 0.8 m,and the production capacity of a mining face can reach 1.9 Mt/a after four working cycles.Through the comparison and analysis of different coal drawing steps and methods,it is found that the top coal recovery rate of a fully mechanized mining face is the highest when the coal drawing step is 0.8 m(mining one drawing one)and the multi-round sequential coal drawing method.
