毛则渠矿瓦斯异常区域综合治理技术研究

摘要 采取红外线探测火区范围、SF6确定漏风通道和火区位置、施工探火巷道布置钻场、施工探火钻孔探明火区、向火区注高含水防灭火材料及注氮等全方位、综合化、立体化、多措并举的综合防灭火方案对五盘区上部可疑发火区域进行治理,同时对漏风区域进行堵漏并采取均压防灭火技术,利用综合监测分析方法及时合理调压,有效遏制了采空区自燃发火及漏风带来的有害气体异常涌出隐患,为矿井安全生产提供保障。 A comprehensive,three-dimensional and multi-measure comprehensive fire prevention and control plan,such as infrared detection of the fire area,SF6 determination of the air leakage channel and the fire area location,construction of the fire detection roadway layout of the drilling site,construction of the fire detection boreholes to detect the fire area,injection of high water content fire prevention and extinguishing materials and nitrogen injection into the fire area,is adopted to control the suspected fire area in the upper part of the five panels,and at the same time,the air leakage area is blocked and the pressure equalizing fire prevention and control technology is adopted.The comprehensive monitoring and analysis method is used to adjust the pressure in a timely and reasonable manner,effectively curbing the hidden danger of abnormal emission of harmful gases caused by spontaneous combustion and air leakage in the goaf,and providing guarantee for safe production of the mine.
