摘要
为了解决传统“仓储式”采煤工艺所存在的放顶煤开采效率低、安全性差的不足,提出了一种新的煤矿井下放顶煤一次采全高综采工艺技术,对该工艺技术的进刀方式、综采要求进行了研究,同时对综采作业过程中运煤、移架、推溜等核心工艺技术进行了分析。根据实际应用表明,该放顶煤综采工艺技术能够将井下综采效率提升11.7%,对提升煤矿综采效率和安全性具有十分重要的意义。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor safety of top-coal caving mining existing in the traditional"warehousing"coal mining technology,a new full-height fully mechanized mining technology of top-coal caving in coal mine is proposed,and the cutting method and fully mechanized mining requirements of this technology are studied,and the core technology such as coal transportation,frame shifting and sliding in the process of fully mechanized mining are analyzed.According to the actual application,the top-coal caving fully mechanized mining technology can increase the underground fully mechanized mining efficiency by 11.7%,which is of great significance to improve the coal mine fully mechanized mining efficiency and safety.
