随着经济社会发展,异宠的饲养逐渐成为热潮,由此也带来诸多生态和安全风险。本文在分析了异宠存在的风险基础上,提出了异宠的管理和进境监管建议。根据异宠产业发展的历史渊源和现实需求,在风险可控的情况下,引导和规范异宠产业,以促进异宠产业持续健康发展。

Along with the development of social economy,keeping of exotic pets has gradually become a trend,which also rises many ecological and security risks.Based on the analysis of the existing risks of exotic pets,this paper put forward suggestions on the management of exotic pets and entry supervision.According to the historical origin and practical needs of the development of the exotic pet industry,guidlines and regulations of exotic pet industry under the circumstances of controllable risks should be established,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the exotic pet industry.
