基于仿真模拟的稀土镁合金铸造过程裂纹控制研究 被引量:1

Cracking Control of Rare Earth Magnesium Alloys during Casting Process Based on Numerical Simulation

摘要 针对稀土镁合金铸造过程中的开裂问题,采用ProCAST软件对某舱体铸造过程应力场进行仿真模拟。结果表明,在应力较大处改进铸造圆角,可有效降低该部位的应力。通过采取增大过渡圆角、添加工艺拉筋等措施,解决了铸造过程产生裂纹的问题,生产出了合格的铸件。 Aiming at the crack occurred in the production of rare earth magnesium alloys,the ProCAST software was applied to simulate the stress distribution of the casting process.Numerical simulation results and casting process tests reveal that the stress can be reduced by modifying the fillet size of end frame.By increasing the transitional fillet size and adding reinforcing rib,the crack could be eliminated and the cabin was successfully produced.
