摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和拉伸试验机等研究了注射速度和热处理对Fe-4Ni合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当注射速度为40 mm/s时,合金力学性能和致密度较好,屈服强度为785.8 MPa、抗拉强度为1029.6 MPa、致密度为96.02%。同时,经热处理后合金硬度(HRC)和抗拉强度显著提升,分别为42和1206.4 MPa。此外,缺陷会造成合金内部形成河流状组织,导致材料发生局部区域脆性断裂。
The effects of injection rate and heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-4Ni alloy were investigated by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and tensile testing machine.The results indicate that the mechanical properties and density are optimized at injection rate of 40 mm/s,where the yield strength,tensile strength and density reach up to 785.8 MPa,1029.6 MPa and 96.02%,respectively.Meanwhile,the hardness and tensile strength are substantially enhanced by heat treatment,which is 42 HRC and 1206.4 MPa,respectively.Simultaneously,fluvial structure inside the alloy is formed due to defects,resulting in brittle fracture in the local area.
