摘要
针对当前压铸机合模机构中模板质量大、成本高的问题,结合工程实际应用情况,采用基于变密度法的结构拓扑优化和尺寸优化联合设计方案,应用Optisruct软件分别对定模板、尾板和动模板进行了优化,建立了相应的拓扑优化设计模型,定义了优化目标函数和约束函数,研究了约束体积分数和惩罚因子对拓扑优化结果的影响。通过与优化前的模板结构进行比较,3大模板的总质量由74.68 t减少为66.35 t,减重率达11.5%,且应力分布更加均匀。
Aiming at the problems of heavy moldboard weight and high manufacturing cost in the current die-casting machine clamping mechanism,combined with the actual application of the project,the joint design scheme of structure topology optimization and size optimization based on variable density method was adopted,and Optisruct software was used to optimize the static moldboard,clamping moldboard and dynamic moldboard,and the corresponding topology optimization design model was established.Meanwhile,the optimization objective function and constraint function were defined,and the influence of the constraint volume percentage and penalty factor on the topology optimization results was analyzed.Compared with the moldboard structure before optimization,the total weight of major moldboard is reduced from 74.68 tons to 66.35 tons,and the weight reduction rate is 1l.5%withmoreuniform stress distribution.
