Triz理论在污泥除砂设备防缠绕问题中的应用

摘要 针对城市污水处理厂污泥中的毛发等软纤维物质缠绕堵塞污泥除砂设备筛板这一问题,采用基于发明问题解决理论(Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems,TRIZ)的功能-三轴分析-原理-物场分析-进化路线构思解决方案。借助CAI工具及知识库、专利库,能够快速查询到其他领域同类问题的解决方案作为参考,通过发现问题、分析问题、解决问题、方案验证4个阶段的创新流程,对于此技术难题得到了防堵塞筛机、筛板增加自清理功能、新的毛发去除装置1、毛发切割装置等解决方法,并通过综合分析评价,认为防堵塞筛机是解决本问题的最佳方案,棒条筛板这一多维开环结构能够有效防止毛发等软纤维物质的缠绕,验证了所构件模型的有效性。 In order to solve the problem that the hair and other soft fibers in the sludge of municipal sewage treatment plant tangle and block the screen plate of sludge desanding equipment(the Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems is adopted.TRIZ)functional-Triaxial analysis-principle-matter field analysis-evolutionary route design solution.With the help of CAI tools and knowledge base,patent library,can quickly query the solution of similar problems in other fields as a reference,through the discovery of problems,analysis of problems,problem solving,solution verification of four stages of the innovation process,for this technical problem to get the anti-blocking screen machine,sieve plate increase self-cleaning function,new hair removal device 1,hair cutting device and other solutions.Through comprehensive analysis and evaluation,it is considered that the anti-clogging screen machine is the best solution to solve this problem.The multi-dimensional open loop structure of bar sieve plate can effectively prevent the winding of soft fiber materials such as hair,which verifies the effectiveness of the component model.
