摘要
从交通运输系统的发展历程着手,阐明系统发展现状及创新过程中存在的主要问题,较客观地分析问题成因,提出相应的应对策略,包括政府实施更宽广的政策、减少风险及促进科技研发成果的共享过程等,希望能在理论层面上给同行实践带来一定帮助。
Starting from the overview of the development process of the transportation system,this paper expounds the development status of the system and the main problems existing in the innovation process,analyzes the causes of the problems objectively,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,including the government to implement broader policies,reduce risks and promote the sharing process of scientific and technological research and development achievements,hoping to bring some help to the peer practice on the theoretical level.
