摘要
一个市政工程项目从项目建议书到竣工需要经过若干环节,市政项目管理烦琐、周期长,管理实施过程中经常遇到一些问题。文章剖析了市政工程项目从选址、设计、招投标、施工到监理等环节中存在的问题,并据此提出解决思路及建议。
A municipal engineering project needs to go through several links from project proposal to completion.Municipal project management is cumbersome and long cycle,and some problems are often encountered in the process of management and implementation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of municipal engineering project from site selection,design,bidding,construction and supervision,and finally puts forward personal solutions and suggestions.
