摘要
生态文明建设是人类文明发展和社会进步的基础,数字技术是新时代对经济与社会影响力最大、影响面最广、影响时间最长的现代科技,探索数字技术赋能生态文明建设之路是必然趋势。文章以大数据及生态文明相关理论为支撑,结合浙江、福建、贵州等地实践经验,归纳出数字赋能生态文明建设的模式,分析大数据如何为生态文明建设提供一系列技术服务,及说明其中的理论逻辑和具体推进路径。研究发现:大数据技术在环境保护、明晰生态资产、生态价值核算以及引导人格文明方面都能够发挥重要作用,可以从治理平台、价值实现、绿色核算、生态信用四个路径推进生态文明建设。最后指出未来数字赋能生态文明建设的努力方向,为建设美丽中国提供有益建议。
The construction of ecological civilization is the basis for the development of human civilization and social progress. Digital technology is the modern technology with the greatest economic and social influence, the most extensive and longest influence in the new era. It is an inevitable trend to explore the road of digital technology to empower the construction of ecological civilization.Supported by the relevant theories of big data and ecological civilization, combined with the practical experience of Zhejiang, Fujian, Guizhou and other places, the article summarizes the model of digital-enabled ecological civilization construction, and analyzes how big data provides a series of technical services for the construction of ecological civilization and the theoretical logic and specific promotion path. The research found that big data technology can play an important role in environmental protection, clear ecological assets, ecological value accounting and guiding personality civilization. It can promote the construction of ecological civilization from the four paths of governance platform, value realization, green accounting and ecological credit. Finally, it points out the direction of efforts to build digitally empower ecological civilization in the future, aiming to build a beautiful China and pointing out the way forward for the sustainable development of China.
