摘要
通过探究黄河流域数字技术与农业现代化耦合协调度,构建引力模型深入研究数字技术与农业现代化对黄河流域各省的影响以及各区域间的空间溢出效应。结果表明,数字技术与农业现代化的显著作用主要体现在下游地区,以山东、河南为中心对其他省份产生显著的空间溢出效应,对相邻的省份或其他关联地区的农业现代化发展能够起到带动作用。从农业数字基础、资源配置、绿色农业等方面提出政策建议,为加快黄河流域农业高质量发展提供一定的理论和应用参考。
By exploring the coupling and coordination of digital technology and agricultural modernization in the Yellow River basin,a gravity model is built to study the impact of digital technology and agricultural modernization on the provinces in the Yellow River basin and the spatial spillover effect between regions.The results show that the significant role of digital technology and agricultural modernization is mainly reflected in the downstream areas.At the same time,taking Shandong and Henan as the center has a significant spatial spillover effect on other provinces,and can play a role in the development of agricultural modernization in neighboring provinces or other related areas.The paper puts forward policy suggestions from the aspects of agricultural digital basis,resource allocation,green agriculture,etc.,provides certain theoretical and practical reference for accelerating the high-quality development of agriculture in the Yellow River basin.
