摘要
当前钻修井施工作业过程中对监测更加重视,传统的人工记录方式受环境、人为等因素影响,不但存在安全隐患,而且费时费力,工作效率低。根据国内钻修机的使用情况及施工作业安全需求,设计了一种智能钻修机监测系统,采用无线模式进行数据采集,自然能量供电,前后方监测,可实现无人值守、自动报警,提高了施工作业安全性,为施工作业现场的人和物提供了保障。该系统现场安装免拆卸,采集参数精度符合标准要求并具溯源性及可传递性。现场应用表明,在钻修井施工作业过程中,该系统能够实时监测关键参数的变化,及时发现参数异常采取相应处理措施,从而保证钻修井施工作业快速、安全、高效、科学地进行。
The traditional manual recording is affected by environmental and artificial factors,which not only has hidden safety dangers,but also takes time and effort,and the work efficiency is reduced,so more attention has been paid to monitor the process of drilling and workover.According to the domestic use of drilling and workover rig and to meet the safety requirements of construction operation,an intelligent monitoring system of drilling and workover rig is designed.The system collects data by means of wireless mode with natural energy power supply,front and rear monitoring,automatic alarm and unattended operation.All of these functions improve the security coefficient and provide a guarantee for people and things on the construction site.This monitoring system is free of disassembly,collects parameters that meet the standards and meanwhile have traceablility and transitivity.The field application shows that in the process of drilling and workover operation,the system can monitor the changes of key parameters in real time and take corresponding measures in time when they are abnormal,which can ensure the drilling and workover operation operated quickly,safely,efficiently and scientifically.
