钻井液出口流量精准测量装置的研发及应用

摘要 为了实现钻井液出口流量的精确测量,确保钻井过程中井漏、井涌、溢流等异常工况的及时发现,在充分调研各种流量测量方式之后,选定基于超声波多普勒和科里奥利两种原理的钻井液出口流量精确检测装置进行研发,并通过充分的实验验证,分析了两种装置的优势与不足,为实现钻井液出口流量精确检测提供了解决思路。未来钻井液流量精确测量将成为新的高端录井服务项目,利于进一步拓展录井技术服务的领域。 In order to realize the precise measurement of the drilling fluid outlet flow and ensure the timely discovery of lost circulation,well kick,overflow and other anomalies during the drilling process,after fully investigating various flow measurement modes,ultrasonic Doppler and Coriolis flow principles were selected to carry out the research and development of precise detection devices for drilling fluid outlet flow.Through sufficient experimental verification,the advantages and disadvantages of the two devices were analyzed to give solutions for realizing the precise detection of drilling fluid outlet flow.In the future,precise measurement of drilling fluid flow will become a new high⁃end mud logging service project,which can further expand the field of mud logging technology services.
