五沟煤矿1026回采工作面煤柱合理宽度留设分析 被引量:1

摘要 断层的稳定是煤层安全开采需要重点关注的因素,煤柱的留设宽度与断层的稳定息息相关。以五沟煤矿1026工作面为背景,采用论分析及实测工程类比明确了断层的特性,并通过FLAC 3D数值模拟,为断层煤柱合理留设宽度的设定提供了理论依据。通过理论及实测资料综合对比,设计留设的安全煤柱高度为39.61 m,而1026工作面实际最小新生界松散层第4含水层(“四含”)防砂煤柱高度为63.2 m,煤柱高度满足要求;钻场内的物探及钻探资料显示DF68断层为不含水、不导水断层;再结合留设不同宽度煤柱时的顶底板垂直应力、剪切应力及竖向位移模拟结果,发现该工作面在断层条件下可进行无煤柱开采。 The stability of the fault is a key concern for the safe mining of the coal seams,which is closely related to the width of the coal pillar.Taking 1026 working face of Wugou coal mine as the research background,the characteristics of the fault were determined by the analogy of theoretical analysis and engineering of actual measurement,and FLAC 3D numerical simulation was used to provide a theoretical basis for the setting of reasonable width of the fault coal pillar.By comparing theoretical and measured data,the designed safe coal pillar height is 39.61 m,while the actual minimum newborn loose layer No.4 water-bearing layer(four-bearing)sand-proof coal pillar height at 1026 working face is 63.2 m.The height of coal pillar meets the requirements.The physical and drilling data in the drilling site show that DF68 fault is water-free and non-conductive water.Combined with the simulating results of vertical stress,shear stress and vertical displacement of the top and bottom plates when setting coal pillar of different widths,we found that the working face could be mined without coal pillar under the fault conditions.
