基于POI的余姚历史街区活力分析及策略研究

Research on the vitality analysis and strategy of Yuyao Historical Block based on POI data

历史街区活力的研究和提升能够有效促进城市可持续发展。以余姚历史街区为研究对象,基于百度热力图、POI数据等多源数据,利用ArcGIS,分析历史街区空间活力、人群聚集程度、POI的分布特性,并对三者进行匹配,展开相关性分析。研究表明:城市POI要素与街区活力呈现正相关关系,且对工作日的街区活力影响更大;商业类POI对街区活力影响更大。在此基础上,辨识影响街区活力的问题,并提出相应的活力提升策略,为同类型县级市历史街区的活力提升提供借鉴思路和方法。

The research and improvement of the vitality of historical blocks can effectively promote the sustainable development of the urban renewal and historical blocks.This study takes Yuyao Historical block as an example to comprehensively consider its vitality external characteristics and function POI(Point Interest)distribution.Based on Baidu thermal map,POI data and other multi-source data,used ARCGIS to analyze historical block spatial vitality,crowd gathering level,and POI distribution characteristics,and matched the three to develop correlation analysis.Studies have shown that urban POI elements are positively related to the vitality of the block,and it has a greater impact on the vitality of the working days;and the commercial POI has a greater impact on the vitality of the block.On this basis,identify the issue that affects the vitality of the block,and proposes the corresponding vitality improvement strategy to provide reference ideas and methods for the vitality improvement of the historical blocks of the same type of county-level cities.
