钢筋混凝土排仓在贮料及温度作用下的有限元分析

摘要 采用YJK对某矩形钢筋混凝土排仓进行了建模分析,对比了贮料满仓、隔位满仓和季节降温下排仓的变形与应力分布,另外也对比分析了设置中部纵梁对排仓变形及温度应力的影响。分析结果表明贮料隔位满仓工况为最不利工况;季节降温下排仓仓壁温度应力分布呈中间大两端小的形态,长向仓壁最大贮料应力部位的温度环向应力约为贮料应力的55%~60%,短向仓壁最大贮料应力部位的温度环向应力约为贮料应力的13%~18%;设置中部纵梁可有效控制贮料产生的变形及应力,对控制季节降温引起的效应也有一定作用。 This paper analyzed the structure behavior of reinforced concrete line silos by YJK.The deformation and stress distribution were compared under seasonal descending temperature,full stored load and interval stored load.The deformation and temperature stress of line silos were analyzed with setting middle longitudinal beams.The study results indicate that interval stored load is the critical load case.Under seasonal descending temperature,the temperature stress of line silos is large in the middle and small at both ends.The temperature stress of long silo wall is 55%~60%of the storage stress at the maximum storage stress position,the temperature stress of short silo wall is 13%~18%of storage stress at the maximum storage stress position.Setting middle longitudinal beams can limit the deformation and stress of stored material load effectively,and it also provides some effect to controlling the temperature influence.
