某空间网架结构装修过程监测与数值模拟分析

摘要 为实现大跨度空间网架结构在施工过程中安全可靠,应力及位移监测尤为必要。以某会议中心大跨度空间网架结构装饰装修工程为例,通过ZX-SL-C16光纤光栅解调仪监测系统及Team Viewer远程控制计算机软件系统,实时监测杆件应变-应力变化,通过全站仪监测网架在施工过程中的竖向位移变化。对比监测结果与数值模拟结果,分析监测结果的可靠性,确定网架结构在装饰装修施工过程中的安全性。 In order to realize the safety and reliability of large-span space truss structure in the construction process,stress and displacement monitoring is particularly necessary.In this paper,taking a large span space truss structure decoration project of a conference center as an example,through the ZX-SL-C16 fiber grating demodulator monitoring system and the Team Viewer remote control computer software system,the strain stress changes of members are monitored in real time,and the vertical displacement changes of the grid are monitored through the total station.Compare the monitoring results with the numerical simulation results,analyze the reliability of the monitoring results,and determine the safety of the grid structure in the decoration construction process.
