雅万高铁悬臂双梁铺板门式起重机研究与应用

摘要 通过对雅万高铁铺板门吊使用工况分析,提出悬臂双梁铺板门式起重机总体方案,详细介绍铺板门吊的结构组成,并对悬臂双梁铺板门式起重机主结构进行有限元分析,验证其强度、刚度是否满足使用要求,同时对整机的抗倾覆稳定性计算分析,验证其抗倾覆稳定性能力。通过主梁可拆卸式和支腿变跨式设计,满足整机在桥梁、隧道无砟轨道施工的通用性,最大限度降低工程投入。悬臂双梁铺板门式起重机研究设计过程及结论,能够为海外高速铁路无砟轨道施工项目的装备设计提供一定借鉴。 Through the analysis of the working conditions of the Yawan high-speed railway planking gantry crane,the overall scheme of the cantilever twin-girder planking-gantry crane is proposed.This paper introduces the structural composition of the planking gantry crane in detail,and carries out the finite element analysis of the main structure of the tire cantilever twin-girder planking-gantry crane to verify whether its strength and rigidity meet the use requirements.At the same time,the calculation and analysis of the anti-overturning of the whole machine are carried out to verify its anti-overturning ability.Through the detachable design of the main beam and the variable span design of the outrigger,the universality of the whole machine in the construction of ballastless track of bridges and tunnels is met,and the project investment is minimized.The research and design process and conclusions of the tire cantilever twin-girder planking-gantry crane can provide some reference for the equipment design of overseas high-speed railway ballastless track construction projects.
