隧道环向施工缝新型防排水结构性能实验研究

摘要 隧道环向施工缝一直是隧道运营过程中出现渗漏水的主要部位,在施工缝局部范围防水板与衬砌之间增设凹凸防排水板,对进入防水板与衬砌之间的围岩渗水进行有效排导,并结合背贴式止水带,形成的隧道环向施工缝新型防排水结构,可有效防止隧道环向施工缝渗漏水或因水压导致的结构破损现象。通过建立室内实验模型,对环向施工缝新型防排水结构的排水性能进行了研究,实验结果表明:新型结构中凹凸排水板内部连通性好,随着注水压力、注水流量的增加,均能有效将水迅速排出,可保证衬砌背后处于无水压或低水压状态;新型结构排水能力强,防水效果好,能够满足普通、富水隧道施工缝渗漏水外排需求。因此,在隧道施工缝处采用新型防排水结构,可大幅改善甚至避免施工缝渗漏水或结构破损问题。 The tunnel circumferential construction joint has always been the main part of water leakage in the tunnel operation process.A concave-convex waterproof and drainage board is added between the waterproof board and the lining in the local scope of the construction joint to effectively drain and guide the surrounding rock seepage between the waterproof board and the lining.Combined with the back-attached waterstop,a new waterproof and drainage structure of the tunnel circumferential construction joint is formed,which can effectively prevent the leakage of water from the tunnel circumferential construction joint or the structural damage caused by water pressure.This paper studies the drainage performance of the new waterproof and drainage structure of the circumferential construction joint through the establishment of an indoor experimental model.The experimental results show that the concave-convex drainage plate in the new structure has good internal connectivity.With the increase of water injection pressure and water injection flow,the water can be effectively discharged quickly,which can ensure that the lining is in a state of no water pressure or low water pressure;the new structure has strong drainage capacity and good waterproof effect,and can meet the requirements of leakage water drainage from common and water-rich tunnel construction joints.Therefore,the use of new waterproof and drainage structures at the tunnel construction joints can significantly improve or even avoid the problems of water leakage or structural damage at the construction joints.
