摘要
目的 探讨超声引导下诊刮术及超声造影对子宫内膜癌合并宫腔积液患者诊断及治疗中的临床应用价值.方法 对经病理证实为子宫内膜癌的患者行经腹联合经阴道超声、超声引导下诊刮术、超声造影等检查,并结合文献资料,评价超声引导下诊刮术及造影鉴别子宫内膜癌伴大量宫腔积液患者的价值.结果 子宫内膜癌合并宫腔大量积液患者行超声引导下诊刮术联合造影取得病理标本的质量较好,患者腹胀症状得到改善.结论 超声引导下诊刮术联合超声造影可对宫腔存在大量积液造成的常规诊刮术难以精准取得病变组织的患者提供实时图像反馈及血流灌注信息,具有操作风险低、病理采集精确度高的特点,有助于疾病的对症治疗及鉴别诊断.
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided diagnostic curettage combined with contrast enhanced ultrasonography in diagnosis and treatment of endometrial carcinoma complicated with intrauterine effusion.Method The patients with endometrial carcinoma underwent the abdomen ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound,ultrasound-guided diagnostic curettage,contrast enhanced ultrasonography,etc.To evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided diagnostic curettage combined with contrast enhanced ultrasonography in identification of endometrial carcinoma complicated with massive intrauterine effusion by literatures and materials.Results There was no adverse reaction after ultrasound-guided diagnostic curettage combined with contrast enhanced ultrasonography in endometrial carcinoma complicated with massive intrauterine effusion.The quality of pathological tissues was good,and the symptoms of abdominal distension were alleviated.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided diagnostic curettage combined with contrast enhanced ultrasound can provide real-time image feedback and the status of blood perfusion for patients with a large amount of fluid in the uterine cavity,which makes it difficult to accurately obtain the pathological tissues due to diagnostic curettage,reduce the operation risk,improve the accuracy of pathology collection,perform symptomatic treatment at the same time,and help the differential diagnosis of the disease.
