摘要
针对现场提取轴心轨迹常伴有大量噪声的问题,提出采用改进的谐波小波算法对轴心轨迹进行提纯.通过试验台采集振动故障原始数据,合成轴心轨迹图形;加入高斯白噪声后,利用小波、谐波小波、改进谐波小波算法提纯降噪,对比分析提纯效果.结果表明:采用改进谐波小波算法提纯轴心轨迹图形效果明显,具有一定工程应用价值.
Aiming at the problem that the extraction of axis orbit on site is often accompanied by a lot of noise,an improved harmonic wavelet algorithm is proposed to purify the axis orbit.The original data of vibration faults were collected through the test bench,and the axis orbit graphics were synthesized.After adding Gaussian white noise,wavelet,harmonic wavelet and improved harmonic wavelet algorithms were used to purify and reduce noise,and the purification effect was compared and analyzed.The results show that using the improved harmonic wavelet algorithm to purify the axis orbit has obvious effect and certain engineering application value.
