基于人本思想的高新技术自主产研基地规划设计与实践——以某卫星导航产业基地为例

Planning design and practice of high-tech independent base of production and research base on humanism:Take Beijing a satellite navigation industrial base as an example

人是城市发展的基础,“以人为本”的城市发展思想逐渐成为近代城市空间规划设计的主流方向之一,不断指导城市空间规划实践.基于“人本思想”下的城市空间规划设计理论基础与实践经验,总结提出“功能空间多元化”、“场所环境人本化”和“生态氛围友好化”三大规划原则,以创造富有人情味的高新技术自主产研基地.以此为基础,尝试通过“功能复合的集约式产业基地建设”、“高识别高可达高活力的场所精神塑造”和“绿色节能可持续的建筑技术支持”三个设计手法进行回应,探索了人本思想在某卫星导航产业基地规划设计中的应用,以期为今后的高新技术自主产研基地的人本化打造提供参考.

People are the foundation of urban development.The idea of“people-oriented”urban development has gradually become one of the mainstream directions of modern urban spatial planning and design.Based on the theoretical basis and practical experience of urban spatial planning and design under the“people-oriented thought”,this paper summarizes and puts forward planning and design means such as“functional space diversification”,“place environment humanization”and“ecological atmosphere friendly”,so as to create a high-tech independent production and research bases with rich human touch.On this basis,this paper tries to explore the application of people-oriented thought in the planning and design of UniStrong Satellite Navigation Industrial Base by means of“framing a multi-dimensional,efficient and orderly composite space”,“creating a pleasant and comfortable place environment with a strong sense of belonging”and“creating an environmentally friendly and sustainable ecological atmosphere”,so as to provide reference for the future people-oriented construction of high-tech independent production and research bases.
