发电电动机磁极连接线选型设计

摘要 发电电动机转子磁极连接线同类化故障频发,选型设计成为关键问题。本文通过三维有限元参数化建模,分析五种典型结构磁极连接线在不同容量和转速下的应力特点,结果表明各典型结构局部最大应力与转速的关联度较大,提出高速发电电动机的磁极连接线建议采用切向连接结构,中速发电电动机的磁极连接线建议采用垂直磁轭U型连接,低速发电电动机的磁极连接线建议采用分体铜板U型连接。同时对U型连接引出头的弯角和高度、引出段与引出头的连接位置、连接线的厚度、以及连接线固定螺栓规格、个数等关键设计参数的选型进了分析,提出增大引出头弯角和高度,增加引出段长度、增加连接线厚度、选用较大规格和较多数量的螺栓固定有助于减小磁极连接线受力。分析结果可为发电电动机磁极连接线设计提供可靠的选型依据。 The similar faults of magnetic pole connection line in generator motors occur frequently,and its selection design becomes a key problem.The three-dimensional finite element parametric models were built to analyze the stress characteristics of five typical magnetic pole connection lines under different capacities and speeds.Results show that the correlation between the local maximum stress of each typical structure and the rotational speed is large.The tangential connection structure is suggested for the magnetic pole connection line of high-speed generator motors,the vertical yoke U-type connection structure is suggested for the magnetic pole connection line of medium-speed generator motors,and the U-type split copper plate connection structure is suggested for the magnetic pole connection line of low-speed generator motors.Meanwhile,the selection of key design parameters such as the bending angle and height of the U-shaped connection lead head,the connection position of the lead segment and the lead,the thickness of the connection line,and the specification and the number of bolts fixed on the connection line were analyzed.It is proposed that the increasement of the bending angle and the height of the lead head,the length of the lead segment,the thickness of the connection line,and the selection of larger specification and larger number of bolts are helpful to reduce the force of the magnetic pole connection line.The analysis results can provide reliable selection basis for the design of magnetic pole connection line in generator motor.
