关于一线图书馆员进行课题研究的可行性分析——以“天津图书馆中文报纸珍稀资源抢救与整理”项目为例

Feasibility Analysis on the Subject Research of Front-line Librarians——Taking the Project"Rescue and Sorting of Rare Chinese Newspaper Resources in Tianjin Library"as an Example

图书馆工作重点是为读者提供优质服务。一线图书馆员身处服务工作的最前沿,平日多忙于琐碎的基础工作,在借书与还书中循环往复,要想提升自身专业水平,发表学术论文,甚至参与课题项目研究,都面临一定的困难。为此,本文结合“天津图书馆中文报纸珍稀资源抢救与整理”项目实例,阐述课题从确立到完成的过程,抛砖引玉,由此分析一线馆员参与课题项目研究的可行性;通过实际工作,从中找寻和挖掘图书馆学的研究课题,以研究成果促进图书馆服务水平的提升。

The focus of library work is to provide high-quality services for readers.Front-line librarians are at the forefront of service work.They are usually busy with trivial basic work,and go back and forth between borrowing and returning books.If you want to improve your professional level,publish academic papers,and even participate in research projects,you will face certain difficulties.For this reason,this paper,based on the example of the project"Rescue and Sorting of Rare Chinese Newspaper Resources in Tianjin Library",expounds the process of the project from establishment to completion,and then analyzes the feasibility of front-line librarians participating in the project research.Through practical work,we can find and explore the research topics of library science,and promote the improvement of the service level with the research results.
