不同方法制备有机硅微球粒径分布及成球机理浅析

摘要 以甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)为原料,以不同反应方式制得有机硅微球,利用电子显微镜、激光粒度仪及扫描电镜研究其分布特征。结果表明:氨水做催化剂时,先加氨水再加MTMS制备的微球粒径,较MTMS完全水解后再加氨水催化反应制备的微球粒径大,分布宽;NaOH做催化剂时,粒径较氨水做催化剂的小,先加NaOH后加MTMS的微球粒径较MTMS完全水解后加NaOH的小,分布较窄。 Organosilicon microspheres were prepared from methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS)by different reaction methods.Their distribution characteristics were studied by electron microscope,laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that when ammonia was used as catalyst,the particle size of microspheres prepared by adding ammonia first and then MTMS was larger and wider than that prepared by adding ammonia after complete hydrolysis of MTMS.When NaOH was used as catalyst,the particle size was smaller than that of ammonia.The particle size of microspheres with NaOH first and then MTMS was smaller and the distribution was narrower than that with NaOH after MTMS was completely hydrolyzed.
