rGO/TSG复合柔性膜电极的制备及其性能研究

摘要 先采用热处理和超声破碎的方式制备了氧化石墨烯和热冲击石墨烯原材料,随后采用自沉积法在自制的模具中制备了rGO、rGO/TSG复合自支撑膜电极。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了它的微观形貌,x射线衍射(XRD)对它的晶面间距进行分析,拉曼和x射线光电子能谱(XPS)对它的晶格缺陷和官能团进行分析。结果表明:rGO与TSG成功复合在一起,且得到的膜电极拉伸强度达到了92 MPa, rGO∶TSG=20∶1的复合材料在电流密度为1 A/g时质量比电容达到了152 F/g。 The raw materials of oxidized graphene and thermally shocked graphene were first prepared by heat treatment and ultrasonic fragmentation.Then,rGO and rGO/TSG composite self-supporting membrane electrodes were prepared by self-deposition method.Its microstructure was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the interplanar spacing was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the crystal lattice defects and functional groups were analyzed by Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results showed that rGO and TSG were successfully compounded together,and the obtained film electrode had a tensile strength of 95 MPa.The mass-specific capacitance of rGO∶TSG=20∶1 composite material reached 152 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g.
