添加十字交叉片型Zn_(2)SnO_(4)对丙烯氧化制丙烯醛催化剂性能的影响

摘要 采用简易模板剂诱导合成法制备了具有十字交叉纳米片构型的Zn_(2)SnO_(4),并将其用作丙烯氧化制丙烯醛催化剂的结构助剂。利用SEM、XRD、低温氮气吸附法对Zn_(2)SnO_(4)的晶体结构和形貌进行了表征。通过向催化剂中添加不同质量的十字片构型Zn_(2)SnO_(4),考察了十字片型结构对丙烯醛催化剂的细孔分布及催化性能的影响。结果表明,十字交叉纳米片构型Zn_(2)SnO_(4)的添加有助于在催化剂颗粒之间构建有效孔道和细孔结构,进而一定程度上改善催化剂的性能。 Cross-linked Zn_(2)SnO_(4) nanosheets were hydrothermally synthesized using a template-directed method.The obtained cross-linked Zn_(2)SnO_(4) nanosheets were used as structure additives into the catalyst of propylene selective oxidation to acrolein.The structure and morphology of the obtained Zn_(2)SnO_(4) nanosheets were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and low-temperature N_(2) adsorption.The results showed that the morphology of cross-linked Zn_(2)SnO_(4) nanosheets may adjust the pore distribution of catalyst particles accumulation,and thus improve the activity and selectivity of acrolein catalyst.
