粒度对焦炭工业分析的影响

摘要 焦炭工业分析是研究焦炭特性的基础方法之一,也是某些试验进行的前提。本文对六种不同焦炭的不同粒度焦样分别进行了工业分析,研究了粒度对焦炭工业分析各指标的影响。发现随着粒度的减小,水分和挥发分均逐渐增大,灰分呈现出先增大再减小,然后基本稳定的趋势,固定碳呈现出先减小再增大,然后基本稳定的趋势。验证了制样时过粉碎会导致工业分析测定结果的不准确,应提高制样过程的严谨性,规范制样过程。 Proximate analysis of coke is one of the basic methods to study the characteristics of coke,and also the premise of some experiments.Six different coke samples with different particle size were analyzed,and the influence of particle size on each index of coke proximate analysis was studied.It was found that with the decrease of particle size,both moisture and volatile content increased gradually,ash content first increased,then decreased,and then basically stabilized,while fixed carbon first decreased,then increased,and then basically stabilized.It was proved that excessive crushing in sample preparation will lead to inaccurate determination results of proximate analysis,so the rigor of sample preparation process should be improved and the sample preparation process should be standardized.
