关于高架火炬的消烟,到目前为止,并没有明确的理论与成功的实践经验来保证100%的消除大排放情况下的黑烟,由于高架火炬自身结构上的局限性,决定了在目前的技术手段和设备配置的情况下,对大排量的高架火炬,通过辅助手段无法实现完全消烟。而地面火炬多台燃烧器将火炬气分散成多股小排量的火炬气,增大了与空气的接触面积,降低了燃料气的富裕度。满足有序开停工以及单套装置事故工况下火炬气的无烟燃烧要求。

As for how to eliminate the black smoke from the elevated torch,so far,there is no clear theory and successful practical experience to ensure 100%elimination of the black smoke in the case of large-scale emission.Due to the structural limitations of the elevated torch,it is impossible to eliminate the smoke completely by auxiliary means for the elevated torch with large-scale emission under the current technical means and equipment configuration.The torch gas was dispersed into a number of small emissions of gas by the ground torch burners,which increased the contact area with the air,and reduced the richness of fuel gas.It met the requirements of smokeless combustion of flare gas under orderly start-up and shutdown as well as single unit accident conditions.
