摘要
通过分析液化气有机硫含量较高的机理和原因,并在长期的调查研究基础上,提出了当前国内外炼厂Merox脱硫工艺体系所面临工艺过程及设备选型方面的相关技术问题,重点分析研究了液化气生产硫含量较高的原因,选择脱硫设备及装置对脱硫效果的影响等,同时分析了装置工艺的流程布置以及工艺操作对脱硫的影响,以及由此对下游装置产生的安全环保等问题,并就上述问题给出了具体的应对措施。
The mechanism and reasons for the high organic sulfur content of liquefied gas were analyzed,and based on long-term investigation and research,relevant technical issues related to the current Merox desulfurization process system faced by domestic and foreign refineries in terms of process and equipment selection were proposed,focusing on the analysis and research of the reasons for the high sulfur content in liquefied gas production,and the impact of selecting desulfurization equipment and devices on desulfurization efficiency.At the same time,the process layout of the device and the impact of process operation on desulfurization,as well as the safety and environmental protection issues arising from this on downstream devices,were analyzed,and specific countermeasures for the above issues were provided.
