摘要
针对《生物反应工程》课程涉及的理论知识体系广,教学难度较大且在实际教学过程中,学生普遍反映这门课较难掌握,学习兴趣不高等诸多问题,提出在教学过程中注重固本强基、产教融合及课程思政,以激发学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生建立工程思维,应用课堂知识解决实际生产中的问题。经初步探究,目前已取得一定教学效果,现就此讨论以期能为相关课程的教学改革提供参考。
In view of the wide theoretical knowledge system involved in Biochemical Reaction Engineering course,it s not only difficult to be taught in class by teachers,but also hard to be mastered by students for lacking of interests in the actual teaching process.Be faced with these problems,integration of industry and education,consolidating the foundation and course ideology and politics was proposed to stimulate students interest in learning and help students establish engineering thoughts with the ability to solve problems in actual production with knowledge learned in classroom.After preliminary exploration,some teaching effects were achieved so far.This discussion here was hoped to provide a reference for the teaching reform of related courses.
