摘要
选取氢气传感器研究中取得的部分成果转化为专业综合实验教学内容,集半导体传感器的制备、表征及性能测试于一体,综合应用多种实验技能和测试方法。该实验采用研究型实验教学及科研论文式实验报告等形式将科研的思维方式及技能融入到实验教学中,着力创造科研氛围,放大科研的时空感,使学生可以在直观的实验教学中感知科研探索过程,逐步具备独立开展科研活动的能力。
Scientific achievements on hydrogen sensor were integrated into the professional comprehensive experiment teaching program by deliberate design,including preparation,characterization and performance measurements of semiconductor sensor.The research-driven course covered multiple experimental skills and measurement methodology.To train the attendee scientific thinking,the teaching on experiments adopted research-driven mode and requires research reports.The purpose of these measures was to create the atmosphere of scientific research and simulate the sense of real scientific research.This process would make the students understand the process of scientific research in the intuitive experimental teaching.Finally,the students would perceive ability to conduct independent research.
