研究生学术研究与就业深造矛盾心理疏导方法研究

Contradiction Psychological Counseling Method of Graduates’Academic Research and Employment

针对部分研究生不能正常处理学术研究与就业深造之间的关系,以及消极应付研究生学业问题,笔者根据西北农林科技大学土木工程研究生的教学管理经验,分析了研究生出现学术研究与就业深造矛盾心理原因,即部分研究生缺乏的专业认同感,部分研究生缺乏社会责任感,部分研究生不能摆正学术研究与就业深造的关系。并且提出了三点针对研究生心理疏导的方法:导师是研究生学术道路上的引路人,以德为本,及时进行思想引导;家长是研究生学习生活上的坚强后盾,以心换心,及时进行心灵开导;学校是研究生求学深造的伟大母亲,以人为本,及时进行心理疏导。希望通过家校联合心理干预方法,帮助研究生完成学术研究任务,顺利毕业,获得更好的就业深造机会。

Some graduates cannot properly deal with the relationship between academic research and employment,and passively cope with graduate studies.In view of this problem,according to the teaching management experience of civil engineering graduates at Northwest A&F University,the author analyzes the graduates’contradiction psychology between academic research and employment.The reason is that some graduates lack professional identity,some graduates lack social responsibility,and some graduates cannot well deal with the relationship between academic research and employment.Therefore,three psychological counseling methods for graduates are put forward.Advisor is the guide on the academic road of graduates,taking morality as the foundation,and conducting ideological guidance in time.Parents are the strong backing of graduates'study and life,exchanging heart for heart,and timely enlightening the mind.School is a great mother of graduates,who is people-oriented and gives psychological counseling in time.It is hoped that the combination of home-school psychological intervention will help graduates complete their academic research tasks,graduate smoothly,and obtain better employment opportunities.
