课程思政:显性教育与隐性教育的双向流动现状研究 被引量:1

摘要 高校实施好“大思政课”建设,通过思政课程与课程思政相融合,是不可或缺的关键一招。课程思政的实施是显性思政课程德育功能与其他类型课程隐性思政功能的双向流动的过程。采用自编问卷对高校思政类公共课教师、非思政类公共课教师、专业教师开展调查,结果显示:三类课程主讲教师在课程思政认知上具有显著差异;是否主持课程思政相关课题、参加培训等因素对高校教师实施课程思政有影响。新时代做好课程思政需要高校建立课程思政制度,将课程思政制度转化为育人效能;教师要提升育德意识和育德能力,努力推进课程思政生态建设;马克思主义学院要发挥主渠道和主阵地作用,构建育人大格局,引领带动全员全过程全方位育人。 It is indispensable for colleges and universities to implement the construction of"major ideological and political courses"and integrate ideological and political courses with curriculum ideology and politics.The implementation of curriculum ideology and politics is a two-way flow process between the moral function of explicit ideological and political curriculum and the implicit ideological and political function of other types of curriculum.The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate teachers of ideological and political public courses,teachers of non-ideological and political public courses and professional teachers in colleges and universities.The results showed that there were significant differences in the cognition of ideological and political education among teachers of the three types.Factors such as whether to host curriculum ideological and political issues and participate in training have an impact on the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education by college teachers.Contributing factors also includes whether the investigated teacher has under taken relative research projects or received training concerning ideological and political education.To do a good job in curriculum ideological and political affairs in the new era requires to establish a curriculum ideology and politics system in colleges and universities and transform it into educational efficiency;Teachers should enhance moral awareness and moral education ability,and strive to promote the ecological construction of curriculum ideology and politics;The School of Marxism should play its role as the main channel and front,build a general pattern of education,and lead and drive the whole process of all-round education.
