善用资源:劳模精神融入“大思政课”的建设思路

MakingGood Use of Resources:Construction Idea of Integrating the Spirit of Labor Modelsinto"GeneralIdeological and Political Course"

为促进新时代思政课高质量发展,全面推进“大思政课”建设,针对“大思政课”建设中调动社会资源的意识和能力不够强的问题,通过文献梳理、逻辑论证,简要概述了“大思政课”和劳模精神的内涵,分析了将劳模精神作为资源加以转化和利用的可行性。结合劳模精神的历史与现实,指出劳模精神是可利用历史资源、时代资源和实践资源。提出了劳模精神融入“大思政课”的建设思路:一是善用劳模精神的历史资源,拓宽“大思政课”的大视野;二是善用劳模精神的时代资源,彰显“大思政课”的大格局;三是善用劳模精神的实践资源,贯通“大思政课”的大协同。

In order to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political courses in the new era and comprehensively promote the construction of"general ideological and political course",in view of the problem that the awareness and ability to mobilize social resources in the construction of"general ideological and political course"are not strong enough,through literature review and logical argumentation,the connotation of'*general ideological and political course"and the spirit of labor models is briefly summarized,and the feasibility of transforming and utilizing the spirit of labor models as a resource is analyzed.Combined with the history and reality of the spirit of labor models,it is pointed out that the spirit of labor models is the available historical resources,resources of the times and practical resources.The construction idea of integrating the spirit of labor models into the"general ideological and political course"is put forward:First,making good use of the historical resources of the spirit of labor models and broadening the broad vision of the"general ideological and political course";Second,making good use of the resources of the times of the spirit of labor models to highlight the general pattern of**general ideological and political course";The third is to make good use of the practical resources of the spirit of labor models to penetrate the great coordination of the"general ideological and political course".
