高温高压电场处理乳状液的应用与实践

摘要 随着油气田的开发,某油田生产流程中出现大量的乳状液,乳状液的流动性差,易在设备中聚集,难以分离,增加流程处理的负荷,降低原油处理效率,影响流程稳定运行。文章根据原油乳状液的热化学破乳和高压电场破乳原理,依托油田现有设备,自行设计一套原油乳状液处理流程,实现乳状液回收处理。成果表明:该套流程有效解决油田乳状液处理难题,同时增加了油田产能。 With the development of oil and gas fields,a large amount of emulsion appears in the production process of an oilfield.The emulsion has poor fluidity,is easy to accumulate in the equipment and is difficult to separate,which increases the processing load,reduces the crude oil processing efficiency and affects the stable operation of the process.According to the principles of thermochemical demulsification and high-voltage electric field demulsification of crude oil emulsion,and relying on the existing equipment in the oilfield,a set of crude oil emulsion treatment process is designed to realize the recovery and treatment of emulsion.The results show that this set of process can effectively solve the problem of oilfield emulsion treatment and increase the productivity of the oilfield.
