摘要
文章基于工程实践,对工程中遇到的大型真空引射现场打压用临时封头(作为盲板)在设备锥体内焊接,将设备分割为两个独立受压室,对封头凹凸面朝向问题进行分析探讨,根据朝向得出两种焊接形式,利用ANSYS软件对封头的两种焊接形式进行了有限元分析计算,通过分析仿真计算,给出了对工程最有利的焊接形式。
Based on the engineering practice,this paper analyzes and discusses the orientation of the concave and convex surface of the head when the temporary head(as a blind plate)for the f ield pressure of the large vacuum ejector encountered in the project is welded in the equipment cone,and the equipment is divided into two independent pressure chambers.According to the orientation,two welding forms are obtained.The f inite element analysis and calculation of two welding forms of head are carried out by ANSYS software.Through the analysis and simulation calculation,the most favorable welding form for the project is given,which provides theoretical support for engineering practice and application.
