基于精益六西格玛方法降低减渣蜡含量的研究与应用

摘要 优化项目开展研究时,全方位梳理了某公司原料预处理装置的减压单元,并借助精益六西格玛DMAIC流程,对减压炉及减压塔的关键特性控制指标进行研究分析,确定了影响减渣蜡含量的关键因子。项目应用后,减渣蜡含量降低至4.67%,超额完成目标值4.8%,且相关参数比较平稳,达到了预期效果。 When this optimization project was carried out,the decompression unit of the atmospheric decompression device of a company was comprehensively combed,and with Lean Six Sigma DMAIC process,the key characteristic control indexes of the reduced pressure furnace and the reduced pressure tower are studied and analyzed,determine the key factors affecting the wax content of slag reduction.After application of the project,the slag reduction wax content was reduced to 4.67%,the target value was exceeded by 4.8%,and the related parameters are relatively stable,the expected effect has been achieved.
