“工匠精神”融入药物化学课程教学的设计思路

Design Ideas of Integrating the Spirit of Craftsman into the Teaching of Pharmaceutical Chemistry

药物化学课程是国家药师资格及国家执业药师资格的考试科目之一,教师在实际开展药物化学教学过程中,受传统应试教育模式的影响,只关注学生专业成绩以及操作技能的提高,而对其职业道德、价值取向以及理想信念等思政教育严重忽视,导致“教书”与“育人”之间的结合无法落实。文章从如何在教学设计中转变教学模式、设计教学环节,将“工匠精神”有机融入教学过程,使学生成为符合国家发展需要的专业人才进行了探讨。

Pharmaceutical chemistry course is one of the examination subjects of national pharmaceutical pharmacist qualif ication and national licensed pharmacist qualif ication.In the actual process of medicinal chemistry teaching,the influence of traditional exam-oriented education mode only pays attention to the improvement of students’professional performance and operation skills,but seriously ignores the ideological and political education such as professional ethics,value orientation and ideals and beliefs,leading to the combination between“teaching”and“education”cannot be implemented.This paper discusses how to change the teaching mode,design the teaching links in the teaching design,and organically integrate the“craftsman spirit”into the teaching process,so that students can become professionals who meet the needs of national development.
