铜火法冶炼过程中杂质元素脱除方法探析 被引量:1

摘要 阳极铜是铜火法冶炼系统中的终端产品,阳极铜As、Sb、Bi、Pb等杂质含量高会导致阳极板浇铸过程中发生断耳等问题,阳极板废品率升高、化学品质降低,对电解阴极铜质量造成严重影响。文章结合白银有色集团股份有限公司铜业公司在铜火法冶炼过程中对杂质元素脱除方法的探索,论述一些降低阳极铜As、Sb、Bi、Pb杂质含量的生产实践方法,这些方法的运用使得阳极铜中As、Sb、Bi、Pb杂质含量降低,阳极铜废品率降低、化学品质得到提升。 Anode copper is the terminal product in copper thermal smelting system.The high impurity content of anode copper As,Sb,Bi and Pb will lead to broken ears and other problems in the anode plate casting process,which will increase the anode plate scrap rate and reduce the chemical quality,and seriously affect the quality improvement of electrolytic cathode copper.Combining with the exploration of the removal methods of impurity elements in the copper smelting process of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Group Co.,LTD.,this paper discusses some practical production methods to reduce the impurity contents of anode copper As,Sb,Bi and Pb.The application of these methods reduces the impurity contents of anode copper As,Sb,Bi and Pb.The rejection rate of anode copper is reduced and the chemical quality is improved.
