化工企业员工职业健康管理的现状与思考

Current Situation and Thinking of Occupational Health Mmanagement of Employees in Cchemical Enterprises

相比较其他类别企业的日常生产经营而言,化工企业员工在日常工作中会接触到一些有害的化学物质,如果员工未使用行之有效的防护措施加强预防,那么身体健康就无法得到保障。为了避免这一问题的出现,化工企业需要进一步提升员工职业健康管理水平。文章通过对相关文献的研究成果应用,分析了化工企业在生产经营活动中威胁员工身体健康的因素,总结出了化工企业职业健康管理的现状及预防干预的可行性措施。

Compared with the daily production and operation of other types of enterprises,employees in chemical enterprises are exposed to some harmful chemicals in their daily work.If employees do not use effective protective measures to strengthen prevention,their health cannot be guaranteed.In order to avoid this problem,chemical enterprises need to further improve the level of employee occupational health management.Based on the research results of relevant literature and the use of action research method,this paper analyzes the factors that threaten the health of employees in the production and operation activities of chemical enterprises,and summarizes the status quo of occupational health management in chemical enterprises and the feasible measures of preventive intervention.
