摘要
为了评估天然气管道泄漏爆炸产生压力波对周围建筑物的影响,文章利用计算流体力学软件ANSYS Flunet模拟计算了某电厂附近天然气管道泄漏爆炸产生的冲击压力波。结果表明:环境风速为1.5 m/s条件下,电厂内6号、4号和2号建筑的冲击波超压峰值分别为1.41kPa,0.43kPa,0.47kPa;当环境风速为2.1m/s条件下3幢建筑冲击波超压峰值分别为1.77 kPa,0.51 kPa,0.55 kPa。研究结果能够为天然气管道泄漏爆炸的现场安全评估、制定火灾应急预案等提供参考。
In order to evaluate the impact of pressure wave generated by natural gas pipeline leakage explosion on the surrounding buildings,the computational fluid mechanics software ANSYS Flunet was used to simulate the impact pressure wave generated by natural gas pipeline leakage explosion near a power plant.The results show that,when the ambient wind speed is 1.5 m/s,the shock wave overpressure peaks of No.6,No.4 and No.2 buildings in the power plant are 1.41 kPa,0.43 kPa and 0.47 kPa respectively.When the ambient wind speed is 2.1 m/s,the shock wave overpressure peaks of the three buildings are respectively 1.77 kPa,0.51 kPa and 0.55 kPa.The research results can provide reference for the on-site safety assessment of natural gas pipeline leakage and explosion and the formulation of f ire emergency plan.
