摘要
在海平面上升、入海泥沙减少、海岸工程建设等多种自然因素和人为因素共同作用下,海岸防护压力日益增大。在分析江苏淤泥质海岸淤蚀特征基础上,提出提升海堤防潮御灾能力、恢复海岸湿地生态功能、打造沿海绿色亲水岸线的海堤生态化建设目标,建议未来江苏生态海堤建设要因地制宜,关注堤外生态化建设,并根据动态监测结果科学调整生态建设方案,为未来江苏生态海堤建设提供参考。
Under the joint impacts of various natural and human factors such as sea level rise,reduction of sediment into the sea,and coastal seadyke construction,the pressure on coastal protection has been increasing.Based on analysis of characteristics of siltation and erosion of muddy coast in Jiangsu,the goals of ecological construction for improving the capability of seawalls to resist moisture and disasters,restoring the ecological function of coastal wetlands,and creating a green and hydrophilic coastal line are proposed.It is recommended that the construction of ecological seawall in the future should be tailored to local conditions,pay attention to ecology beside the seawall,and adjust the plan scientifically based on dynamic monitoring results,so as to provide insights for future construction.
